Line 01
Steep-slope homes in Fort Collins and nearby Northern Colorado towns. We read the existing plane, then repair or replace the slope that is already on the house.
Expect photos of wear, a named failure, and a repair-or-replacement call before shingles come off.

Low-slope commercial decks, edges, and coping. Work is scoped to the roof that is already on the building, not a catalog system.
Expect an edge-and-deck read first: drainage, coping, and membrane wear.

Expect the failed piece named in plain language. If the plane will not carry another season, we say replacement.
